Kyle Alesio is the founder and CEO of Firestartr Digital. Prior to founding the social media agency he was the director of marketing and social media at OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network. While at OWN, Kyle and his team oversaw the social media strategy for OWN and the social media marketing for partnership initiatives for both OWN and Oprah.

Prior to joining OWN Kyle worked in interactive media at Condé Nast’s digital studio for clients including Ralph Lauren, GUESS?, Hugo Boss, Jones New York, Revlon and Shiseido. He has also worked in integrated marketing at The New York Times overseeing integrated marketing programs with clients including Sotheby’s and Estée Lauder.

Kyle is the recipient of multiple industry awards including a Primetime Emmy Award for his work on Oprah’s Lifeclass, several IAC Awards and a Clio Award for his work on digital campaigns while working at Condé Nast’s Digital Studio. Kyle is an active volunteer for the Trevor Project, an organization that helps to fight the epidemic of suicide among LGBTQ+ youth, and on the host committee for Trevor Live LA. Kyle is also on the advisory board of the Marie Baldwin Art Gallery.
